As an attorney for unions, I can attest that anti-trust prosecution by business against unions is on the rise - and gaining more traction with judges. Even supposedly liberal judges are allowing these cases to go forward. And of course, the long, dark shadow of the current Supreme Court looms over all these cases. We are back in the Lochner era.
