But the Constitution was not meant to enumerate every single right people (however that is defined at the time) have. This is the particularlly dangerous part of Alito's opinion. He is laying the groundwork to eliminate many other rights, such as marriage. This is why the Republicans kept badgering Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson about "unenumerated" rights. They intend to get rid of them. Even the rich, white, slaver Founding Fathers did not intend that.
