I am proud to say that, as a lawyer, I have killed many corporate golems, and less often, been able to pierce the corporate veil to hold the human owners accountable. The later is a difficult task.

With the Hobby Lobby decision, the Supreme Court has allowed the owners of a corporation to pierce the corporate veil the other way - allow the human owners to impose their religion on the employees of their corporation by withholding health coverage they object to.
