I think we are saying the same thing, but I would not use the term "co-conspirator." As you point out, "allyship" is fickle - a temporary arrangement which can be ended by either side if they feel it is no longer to their benefit. More important, an "ally" is still an "other" who can become an enemy. Being a "conspirator" ("co" or otherwise") also implies an otherness who we are "conspiring" against.
What term would I use? - SOLIDARITY. "Solidarity" as Ricardo Flores Magon explained, "is the consciousness of the common interest, and the actions which follow from this consciousness."
That common interest is strengthened by our diversity, just as the mission of the Starship Enterprise is strengthened by the Vulcan principal of "Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations."
