Look at the map I linked to (see below also). This shows states who have refused Medicaid money. Does that map look familiar? It doesn't make any logical sense to turn away money, which has no strings attached. Some states even went so far as to order public employees not to provide any information on "Obamacare" under penalty of discipline. That grass-roots movements in some states, such as Missouri, have been successful in turning around their elected official's decisions is a ray of hope.
