Nope. While you are correct that there is plenty of evidence outside of the New Testament for the existence and execution of Jesus, this is the part that was made up later for political reasons - to distance Christians from other Jews and suck up to Rome. This is the lie which has been responsible for centuries of anti-semitism by so-called Christians. Please read my article before responding.
