Perhaps we should ban all ethnic studies in school. That would make the current curriculum of most public schools illegal. The curriculum for U.S. History, for example, is really the History of Europeans in America, with everyone else relegated to footnotes. Isn't that "ethnic studies?" The Brown decision supposedly ended separate-but-unequal schools. But we still have separate-but-unequal curriculum.
