Thank you for pointing out the long term ramifications of these cases. I'm sure this has already been thought through by the Federalist Society and other conservative think tanks. Sadly, it is now the Right which thinks through these long term strategies, while the Left merely reacts.

My own suggestion is to invoke the Thirteenth Amendment. Isn't forcing a woman to bear a child and "labor" without her consent or compensation a form of involuntary servitude?
